Coast Guard Station Merrimack River

Come learn why Station Merrimack River is labeled a “Surf Station”, one of only four on the east coast of the United States. Operations Petty Officer BM1 Joseph Habel will answer this question and more. He will discuss the everyday life of the unit, how they perform search and rescue, train or crew, and the missions they perform. After giving a brief overview, he will allow the audience ample time to ask questions and convey what they would like to know.
