“MARITIME IMPRESSIONS”

Rolling River Printmakers of New England Group Exhibit featuring Noriko Fox, Diane Francis and Cara Gonier.
 
Printmaking has played a significant role in documenting and visualizing maritime history, providing a visual record of ships, sea battles, maritime and marine life. In this exhibit,
we take a look at how contemporary artist of today depict maritime, nautical and seafaring imagery through traditional platetype printmaking.

Preference is given to exhibits and projects from area schools. Individuals requesting to show work must be active museum members; themes must pertain to our mission; exhibits are restricted to 3 weeks; and the participants are responsible for installation. There is no charge for exhibiting and applications will also be available at the museum.
