Please fill out the form below and museum staff will get in touch with you as soon as possible. In the description of the item(s) you would like to donate, please provide a detailed description including:

• dimensions
• notes on condition (damage, any restorations/repairs, etc.)
• provenance (how the item came into your possession)
• context – how does this item relate Newburyport’s maritime history?

If the museum chooses to move forward with the donation, the item(s) in question will be brought before the Collection Committee. Members of the committee will then vote on whether to acquisition the item or not.
